What does one verification cost?
The sum of the checks your workflow runs for that person, at list price. KYC with AML (email, ID, liveness, face match and AML screening) is $1.30. A check the flow never reaches costs nothing.
When is a check billed?
When it runs, whatever its result. If your rules end a flow early, for example after a document fails, the checks after that point never run and are never billed.
Is there a minimum, a setup fee or a contract?
Not on Pay as you go: $0 a month, no setup fee, and free credit to start. Enterprise & Government runs on annual agreements with volume pricing.
How does the Growth credit work?
$500 a month includes $600 of verification credit, 20% more than you pay. Checks draw from that credit at list price. Growth also adds priority support and a guided onboarding session.
How do I pay for checks?
Checks draw from your workspace balance, which you top up any time. Enterprise & Government can be invoiced, with procurement support.
Can I see what each verification cost?
Yes. The Billing area tracks usage and the cost of every check that ran, and the workflow builder shows what a verification will cost before you publish.
Does a re-verification cost the same as onboarding?
It costs the checks its own workflow runs. Re-verifying someone is a new session on the same identity record, so you can run a shorter flow, such as Liveness and Face Match for $0.20.
Do white label, face search or the blocklist cost extra?
White label and the blocklist are included on every plan. Face Search 1:N is $0.10 per search.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, on Enterprise & Government, with annual agreements, invoicing and procurement support, and dedicated onboarding and support.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Every price on this page is a list price per check, or per search for Face Search 1:N.
